A 12-episode series about a world where the souls of people are put inside mysterious bars, which are run by arbiters.

Their job is to judge the souls by putting them into different games. Here they learn their darkest secrets through the actions they take.

The series focuses on the arbiter Decim, who runs a bar called Quindecim. We get to see his experiences as he judges different souls, deciding whether they reincarnate or vanish into the void.
